Dunlin started on the cleaning side of vacation rentals. A manager here asked us to replace a cleaning vendor that kept missing things: sheets not changed, drawers not checked, belongings left behind for the next guest to find. The problem wasn't price. It was accountability.
That's the gap we built the company around. Every turn is checked. Every number is published. Every owner gets the same one-page statement and the same short list of reasons we'll interrupt their day.
Michael, founder
Michael spent 21 years in the U.S. Air Force before retiring here on the Emerald Coast. The habits came with him: plan carefully, write the checklist, inspect the work, and tell people the truth about the numbers.
He runs every property personally, does the quality checks himself, and covers emergency cleans when a crew can't. When you text Dunlin, you're texting him.
Our team brings over a decade of property management experience, so the systems behind every home come from years of doing this work.
